Job summary

SB Energy, a SoftBank Group company, seeks a Site Operations Lead to own operations for one or more data center campuses in the United States. You will directly manage a team of 3rd party CFEs and coordinate with Engineering & Construction to optimize campus performance.

Responsibilities include managing preventive maintenance and work orders, budgeting, vendor supervision, safety compliance, and delivering a world-class customer service experience for SB Energy clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of facility/plant engineering and maintenance supervision.
• 7+ years of direct managerial experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and building automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and maintain the site-specific preventive maintenance and work order program
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee all maintenance vendors during maintenance and break/fix events
• Protect and improve the value of our assets and ensure that building machinery and systems meet or exceed their expected lifespan
• Prepare operational and capital portions of the Site Operations budget
• Ensure a world-class customer service reputation for current & future SB Energy customers
