Job summary

SB Energy is seeking an Site Operations Lead to oversee operations for one or more data center campuses. The role will manage a team of 3rd party CFEs and/or manager-level positions, ensuring maintenance programs run smoothly and safely.

The candidate will develop budgets, review vendor performance, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining world-class service for SB Energy customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in facility/plant engineering and maintenance supervision.
• 7+ years of direct managerial experience and interpersonal skills.
• Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service.

Responsibilities

• Direct and maintain site preventive maintenance and work order program.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance vendors during events.
• Support operational requirements from on-site and off-site teams.
• Ensure personnel safety and protect critical equipment.
• Develop and enforce MOPs/SOPs and ensure compliance with regulations.
