Job summary

LotusWorks is seeking a seasoned Data Center Account Leader to own end-to-end performance for hyperscale and enterprise client accounts. You will drive commissioning (Cx) as the primary service line, with O&M, QA/QC, and Construction Services as supporting scopes across multiple campuses.

You will lead senior-level client relationships, manage P&L, and develop high-performing teams while ensuring safe, contract-compliant service delivery and sustained account growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in data center or critical facilities with leadership.
• Strong P&L, budgeting and change management experience.
• Proven ability to lead large technical teams across multiple campuses.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior account point of contact for data center client accounts and stakeholders at manager/director levels.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and monthly operating reviews covering performance, KPIs, financials, risks, staffing and continuous improvement.
• Own account contracts and commercial performance including scope management, renewals, rate escalations, change orders, and growth capture before mobilization.
• Identify and pursue organic account growth opportunities across campuses and regions, and support proposals and RFP responses.
• Oversee commissioning program delivery (Cx) including plans, FAT, testing, turnover, and acceptance criteria across assigned accounts.
• Maintain consistent commissioning standards across campuses with test scripts, documentation, and appropriate Cx independence.
• Manage scheduling risk against milestones and Ready-for-Service dates, escalating residual risk where needed.
• Oversee critical facility O&M, QA/QC, and Construction Services per contract with MOPs, SOPs, EOPs, and CMMS discipline.
• Maintain EHS leadership, incident prevention, audits, and a zero-harm culture aligned with client safety programs.
