Job summary

LotusWorks Ltd seeks a Senior Account Leader to drive end-to-end performance for semiconductor client accounts, with Commissioning as the primary service line and O&M, QA/QC, and Construction as supporting scopes. You will own contracts, pricing, and growth across sites, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver safe, compliant service delivery.

Responsibilities include leading QBRs, managing P&L, and developing high-performing teams while ensuring client satisfaction and steady account

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• CxA certification and other professional certifications encouraged.
• 10+ years in semiconductor or mission-critical facilities with leadership.
• Experience managing large multi-site accounts and P&L.
• Strong knowledge of commissioning, FAT/SAT, IST, and turnover.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior account lead across facilities, commissioning, O&M and QA/QC.
• Lead QBRs and monthly operating reviews on performance and financials.
• Own contracts, scope changes, and commercial performance.
• Identify account growth opportunities and support proposals.
• Oversee commissioning program delivery and documentation.
• Ensure safety, compliance and EHS leadership.
• Develop and coach teams and succession plans.
• Monitor KPIs and manage risks with escalation plans.
