Job summary

LotusWorks is seeking a seasoned leader to own end-to-end performance of semiconductor client accounts, with Commissioning as the primary service line and O&M, QA/QC, and Construction as supporting scopes. You will ensure safe, contract-compliant delivery, manage account financials, and lead high-performing teams across complex environments.

The role requires strong commissioning expertise, operational leadership, and the ability to develop relationships with client facilities and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• CxA certification preferred.
• PMP, safety, or other relevant certifications preferred.
• Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior account point of contact for client facilities and stakeholders.
• Lead QBRs and monthly operating reviews covering commissioning performance, KPIs, financials, risks, staffing and service delivery.
• Own account contracts and commercial performance, including scope management, renewals, rate escalations, change orders, and ensuring scope growth is captured.
• Identify and pursue organic account growth opportunities across commissioning, O&M, QA/QC, and Construction Services; support proposals and RFP responses.
• Own commissioning program delivery across accounts, including planning, design reviews, FAT/SAT, testing, turnover documentation.
• Maintain consistent commissioning standards across sites, contractors, and testers; manage schedule and delivery risks.
