Job summary

LotusWorks is seeking a seasoned Senior Account Leader to own the end-to-end performance of semiconductor client accounts, with Commissioning as the primary service line and O&M, QA/QC, and Construction as supporting scopes. You will drive safe, contract-compliant delivery, account financials, workforce leadership, client relationships, and growth across complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• CxA certification and project/program management certifications are valued.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with client-facing experience.
• Willingness to travel between U.S. client sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior account point of contact with client Facilities, Construction, and other stakeholders.
• Lead QBRs and monthly operating reviews covering performance, KPIs, financials, risks, staffing and delivery.
• Own contracts and commercial performance including scope, renewals, rate escalations, and change orders.
• Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities across commissioning, O&M, QA/QC, and construction services.
• Lead commissioning program delivery: planning, design reviews, FAT/SAT, testing, IST, turnover documentation.
