Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical and mechanical facilities maintenance experience.
• 3+ years of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel experience.
• Experience reading and writing procedures, technical documents, and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for facilities-related issues and oversee critical systems operations.
• Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures and troubleshoot within SLAs.
• Provide training and guidance to Engineering Operations Technicians and coordinate with Facility Manager.
• Create and deploy new standard practices for engineering operations and vendor support.
• Assist in building new facilities and projects to improve efficiency.
• Occasional after-hours maintenance and emergency response.
• Communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Coordinate projects with IT managers to optimize safety, performance, and capacity.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed by vendors and staff.
• Establish benchmarks, analyze performance, and prepare reports on facility operations.
• Utilize MS Excel, Word, Outlook for day-to-day tasks.
