Job summary

Google is seeking a Strategic Negotiator to support Data Center Leasing and Investments. You will help secure infrastructure and negotiate multi-million-dollar deals, working with project teams, Legal, and Finance to drive cost-effective outcomes.

The role focuses on market analysis, data center real estate, and financial modeling to support capacity delivery across Google’s global products, including Google Cloud and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 4 years experience managing projects or supporting planning and development of business agreements.
• 4 years experience in a commercial, operations, or administrative support role.
• Experience in financial modeling using spreadsheets (e.g., Sheets) and ROI/NPV concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for real estate transactions (leases, agreements, contracts) and coordinate redlines with Legal and Finance partners.
• Maintain and update the global transaction tracker and monitor deadlines for capacity delivery.
• Conduct market research, input transaction data into tracking systems and simple financial models.
• Prepare internal presentations and coordinate meetings between the agreement team and internal partners.
