Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking a Senior Investments Manager to own the diligence process for new investment opportunities and to develop financial models to support acquisitions, financings, and asset deals. You will manage internal processes, coordinate due diligence teams, and provide expert financial analysis to senior leadership.

The role requires deep knowledge of real estate finance, GAAP, and strong communication with an executive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Mathematics or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in collaborative financial environments driving value through strategic thinking.
• Strong MS Excel skills and financial modelling with WACC, NPV, IRR and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Create and utilize corporate financial models in Excel.
• Analyze property-level information including operating statements and leases.
• Lead calls and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate due diligence and closing processes for transactions.
• Develop economic forecasts and drive business insights.
• Support acquisitions, financings, and asset deals.
