Job summary

Point32Health is seeking a Facilities HVAC Technician to maintain base-building and data center systems at our corporate facility and remote offices. You will oversee contractor work, manage records, and calibrate DDC controls while supporting energy-saving initiatives.

The role requires MA refrigeration license and CFC certification, 3–5+ years in HVAC, and the ability to read mechanical diagrams. Overtime and on-call duties are common in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Refrigeration License and CFC Certification.
• High School Diploma; Trade school graduate preferred.
• 3–5+ years of HVAC experience; large scale commercial equipment preferred.
• Ability to read floor plans and electrical/mechanical diagrams; basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain base-building HVAC and data center systems.
• Oversee outsourced trades for mechanical work and projects.
• Maintain records for mechanical systems and calibrate DDC controls.
• Respond to work orders promptly and prioritize tasks.
• Assist with energy conservation projects and system improvements.
