Point32Health is seeking a Facilities HVAC Technician to support operation and maintenance of building systems, with emphasis on data center environments. The role requires professional licensure and hands-on experience with mechanical systems, control networks, and safety procedures.

The technician will manage preventive maintenance, oversee external contractors, and help optimize energy use while ensuring records and compliance across all sites.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Refrigeration License and CFC Certification required.
• High School Diploma required; Trade school preferred.
• 3–5 years of professional HVAC experience required; 5–7 years preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain base-building mechanical systems at corporate facilities and remote offices.
• Oversee data center HVAC and related control systems; implement preventive maintenance.
• Supervise outsourced trades and manage vendor relationships; ensure contract compliance.
