Ideal candidates have 10+ years in mainframe ops with leadership experience, strong ITIL knowledge, and a track record of mentoring teams while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in mainframe operations with leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience in 24/7 mission-critical environments and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor data center operations staff across Mainframe and Distributed environments.
• Ensure governance and delivery excellence across SLAs and SOPs.
• Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the global team.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to prioritize workloads and strategic initiatives.
