Job summary

SyllogisTeks is seeking a Lead Implementation Specialist to drive field execution for large-scale data center deployments in Memphis, TN. You will own outcomes, coordinate vendors, and ensure quality across the full project lifecycle.

This role blends remote QA support with onsite leadership for complex environments, requiring deep cabling and testing experience, strong communication, and the ability to translate engineering plans into flawless field work.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data center infrastructure deployment or field implementation.
• Strong understanding of structured cabling systems and installation practices.
• Experience with fiber and copper testing methodologies and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and construction documents.
• Experience working with vendors and field teams in an execution environment.
• Familiarity with field tracking tools (Fieldwire or similar).
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred OSHA certification or equivalent safety training.
• Experience developing Methods of Procedure or standardized processes.
• Background in vendor quality control and performance evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee testing and validation across fiber, copper, and active infrastructure.
• Ensure testing equipment is available and configured before use.
• Inspect equipment and escalate replacements as required.
• Lead field execution and coordinate vendor partners.
• Maintain field documentation and progress reporting.
• Mentor field technicians and provide troubleshooting support.
• Own field outcomes and escalate risks to leadership.
