Job summary

EverOn is seeking a Senior ACFM to lead SMEs across Electrical, Mechanical, Safety, DCIM, Training, and CMMS. The role provides senior technical escalation across shifts and ensures adherence to data center standards and SLAs.

The Senior ACFM drives maintenance strategies, budgets, and staff development for 24x7 operations, coordinating with the CFM to ensure high availability and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year direct management of non-exempt shift-based employees.
• Technical school with emphasis on mission-critical operations or relevant military operations (US Navy a plus).

Responsibilities

• Assist the CFM in managing the operation and maintenance of data center infrastructure, equipment, and systems.
• Build staff of CFTs and SMEs to deliver total availability while minimizing risk.
• Manage power and cooling capacity and monitor environmental conditions within the data halls.
• Work shifts to support 24x7 data center operations and on-call emergencies.
• Resolve electrical, mechanical and Fire Protection System issues with minimal risk.
• Oversee CMMS usage, ensure data accuracy, and generate operational reports.
