DTCC is seeking a Data Center Facilities Engineering Senior Associate to ensure the reliability and performance of mission-critical infrastructure across our data center operations. You will lead on-site operations, coordinate maintenance, and balance reliability with risk and regulatory compliance.

The role requires an engineering degree, 6+ years in mission-critical environments, and hands-on experience with BMS/EPMS, CMMS, plus ITIL processes.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in mission-critical infrastructure environments.
• Hands-on experience with BMS/EPMS and CMMS; ITIL familiarity is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain operational ownership of data center critical infrastructure and ensure reliability and performance.
• Evaluate conditions, assess risks, and lead response during incidents, outages, and critical events.
• Coordinate infrastructure changes and maintenance to align with reliability, compliance, and business continuity objectives.
• Serve as primary operational interface for vendors and oversee maintenance, service delivery, and adherence to standards.
• Analyze equipment performance and trends to recommend improvements for reliability and resiliency.
• Support lifecycle planning, modernization initiatives, preventive maintenance programs, and projects.
• Act as Incident Commander or technical lead during infrastructure events and coordinate recovery actions.
• Support audits, governance, documentation, and inventory readiness.
