Job summary

DTCC is seeking a Data Center Facilities Engineering Senior Associate to own the reliability of mission-critical infrastructure across its U.S. data centers.

You will manage electrical distribution, UPS, generators, cooling, fire/life safety, and building automation while coordinating vendor activities. You will serve as on-site incident lead, balancing reliability with risk, compliance, and business needs, and drive preventive maintenance, lifecycle projects, and audits.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required; no substitutions with operations experience.
• 6+ years supporting mission-critical infrastructure environments.
• Experience with building management and power monitoring systems.
• Experience using CMMS for maintenance and asset records.
• Familiar with ITIL-based change, incident, and problem management.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational reliability of data center infrastructure and ensure availability.
• Lead response during incidents, outages, and critical events.
• Coordinate maintenance, changes, and operational procedures for reliability and compliance.
• Interface with vendors, oversee service delivery, and ensure standards.
• Analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements for reliability.
• Support lifecycle planning, preventive maintenance, and infrastructure projects.
• Act as Incident Commander or technical lead during events and post-event actions.
• Support audits, governance, and documentation management.
