Job summary

CyrusOne seeks a seasoned Data Center Operations & Maintenance professional to support 24/7/365 facility operations. You will respond to alarms, preserve critical load, and coordinate with contractors to ensure safe, efficient maintenance.

The role requires Journeyman electrical/mechanical expertise, 7–10 years in data centers, and strong CMMS/Work Order experience for reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Journeyman level skills in electrical, mechanical, HVAC/R disciplines.
• 7 to 10 years working in Tier 2, Tier 3 or Tier 4 Data Center(s).
• Familiarity with Work Order Control procedures and CMMS systems.
• Experience with subcontractor and vendor contract management.

Responsibilities

• Respond to building alarms prioritizing safety of the critical load and prevention of damage.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and project work.
• Perform maintenance using CMMS to track labor, PMs, and work tickets.
• Comply with company, government and client policies and safety procedures.
