Job summary

CyrusOne is seeking a Journeyman-level technician to support data center operations and maintenance in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. You will follow SOPs, respond to alarms, and work with engineers to preserve the reliability of critical loads.

Responsibilities include using CMMS for work orders, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining high workmanship standards while complying with safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Journeyman level skills in electrical, mechanical, HVAC/R disciplines.
• 5–7 years in data center operations & maintenance.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and service level standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate data center systems in 24/7/365 environment.
• Use CMMS to track maintenance work, labor hours, PMs and tickets.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for safe completion of tasks.
