Job summary

Responsibilities

• Act as primary escalation point for facilities issues, overseeing critical systems like switchgear and UPS.
• Perform root cause analysis within SLA and implement solutions.
• Train and guide Engineering Operations Technicians and coordinate with Facility Manager on team culture.
• Create and deploy standard practices for engineers and vendor teams.
• Lead projects from conception to completion and track quotes and costs.
• Communicate complex tech info to non-technical audiences.
