Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Energy Manager, Power Delivery to support development of cost-effective energy solutions for its data centers in Raleigh, NC. You will shape energy infrastructure strategies, coordinate with internal and external partners, and negotiate interconnection and supply agreements.

Responsibilities include due diligence, site development, and managing cross-functional relationships with engineering, legal, and finance teams to optimize project delivery and deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 12+ years of relevant work experience with a utility, energy project developer, design/consulting firm, construction firm or energy-intensive consumer.
• Working knowledge of transmission, distribution and utility interconnection processes and electrical infrastructure.
• Experience with project development and management for complex, large-scale projects.
• Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience communicating project status, risks, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and building ongoing partnerships with suppliers and partners.
• Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint and/or Keynote skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and execution of energy infrastructure strategies for Meta's data centers.
• Establish energy requirements with stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations for energy infrastructure agreements.
• Manage due diligence, site development, construction, and commercial processes.
