Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Project Manager for data center construction. The role entails overseeing large-scale electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule adherence, and building strong client and vendor relationships.

Ideal candidates have data center or IT infrastructure project experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Electrical Construction Project Management experience.
• Experience managing Data Center or IT/Telecommunications infrastructure projects.
• Experience with electrical distribution, structured cabling, white space fit-outs, and live facility retrofits.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects valued at $50M+.
• Develop project budgets, schedules, estimates, and scopes.
• Lead project execution while maintaining safety, quality, budget, and schedule.
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and project teams.
• Manage procurement, billing, forecasting, and change orders.
• Conduct site visits and provide regular project updates.
• Mentor and support project team members.
