EPI Power is hiring an Electrical Project Superintendent to join our team on data center projects. The role emphasizes establishing a safety culture on the jobsite and working closely with the Project Manager to manage schedule, budget, and staff for optimal outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project supervision, an electrical background, and is open to travel/relocation based on project needs. This position requires a 6‑day workweek, Monday through Saturday.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Superintendent experience required.
• Experience on data center projects highly desired.
• Electrical background required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary leader of subcontractors and field forces on a job site.
• Maintain project safety in accordance with the Company’s Safety Policy.
• Work with Project Manager(s) to manage the project schedule and budget.
• Prepare two‑week look ahead schedules.
• Update project schedules using scheduling software.
• Assist with buyout and selection of subcontractors.
• Coordinate the work of the subcontractors’ field forces.
• Communicate effectively with owners, designers, and engineers.
• Ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
• Adhere to company policies, standards, and procedures.
• Provide opportunities to help the team develop and grow.
• Foster positive relationships on the jobsite.
