Job summary

Morley-Moss, Inc. Tulsa, Oklahoma Division is seeking a General Superintendent to join our growing team. The role oversees planning, coordinating, and supervising field labor across Oklahoma projects, ensuring labor productivity and safety procedures are followed on site.

You will work closely with Project Management, mentor field staff, and manage multiple mid-sized projects, communicating with clients and subcontractors to keep schedules, budgets, and quality on track.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of superintendent experience.
• Proven track record managing projects larger than $20M.
• Must hold a Journeyman license (or equivalent).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise construction methods, sequencing, manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules.
• Train and manage field staff.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple projects.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on schedules and critical path dates.
• Ensure site communication, safety, and quality control.
• Mentor Project Associates assigned to the project.
