Job summary

Morley-Moss, Inc. in Sunnyvale, TX is seeking a Project Executive - Electrical Construction to lead multiple projects, drive profitability, safety, and quality, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

You will oversee project teams, manage budgets and schedules, review plans, and foster strong client relationships while maintaining Morley-Moss SOPs; a strong background in electrical construction and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering Degree or Electrical Trade Diploma with a minimum of 15 years PM experience in electrical industry.
• 15+ years in electrical construction.
• 5+ years as a Senior Project Manager.
• Has a Minimum of 10 years work experience as Project Manager.
• Professional Certifications (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Reports to Director of Data Center Construction and/or VP of Construction.
• Train, Mentor, and/or Manage multiple Project teams.
• Deliver projects that are profitable, completed without injury, and meet or exceed quality standards while fostering positive client relationships.
• Review and approve major project decisions, budgets, and schedules; ensure timely and accurate reporting to leadership.
• Review Plans, Specs, and GC Schedules to identify material and labor savings and schedule impacts.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality benchmarks on all job sites.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
