Qualifications

• 15+ years of work experience as a Superintendent.
• Proven experience managing projects larger than 20M.
• Must be a licensed Journeyman (or equivalent).
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise construction methods, sequencing, manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules.
• Help train and manage field staff.
• Oversee day-to-day construction operations of multiple projects.
• Create and maintain project schedules with Project Manager.
• Communicate site problems and quality issues to Project Manager and owner.
• Resolve field construction problems.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor safety compliance and conduct toolbox talks.
• Assist Safety Department with investigations.
• Assist PM with subcontractor disputes and cost/schedule forecasts.
