Job summary

Morley Moss, Inc in Sunnyvale, TX is seeking experienced Electrical Superintendents to join our growing team and lead field crews on data center projects. The role oversees daily site activities, safety culture, scheduling, and resource management to ensure profitable, on-time completion.

The candidate should have OSHA 30, a TDLR Electrical Journeyman License, and 10+ years of electrical experience with 5+ years in project leadership. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Certification.
• At least ten years of electrical experience and 5 years of experience running projects as a primary lead.
• TDLR Electrical Journeyman License.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Design/layout process and planning.
• Develop Task Planners and project approach to profitability.
• Attend jobsite meetings with GC, Owner and Design Team.
• Manage field staff and subcontractor schedules/look ahead.
• Provide quantities for major materials and buyouts.
• Maintain safety program and culture on site.
• Ensure QA/QC and as-builts are up to date.
