Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in real estate development, ideally within data centers or another mission-critical/industrial asset class.
• Strong track record in site selection, land acquisition, and entitlements.
• Familiarity with Texas zoning, permitting, and utility processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead site selection and feasibility assessment across target markets.
• Manage land acquisition processes, including negotiations and due diligence.
• Oversee entitlements, zoning, and local/county approvals.
• Coordinate with utility providers on power availability and interconnection timelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, landowners, municipalities, and capital partners.
• Track project status, risks, and timelines across multiple concurrent sites.
