Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading preconstruction for data center developments.
• Strong cost estimation, budgeting, and value engineering skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions (engineering, finance, construction).

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts from site diligence through GMP and financial close.
• Set standards, processes, and best practices across the organization.
