Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure in Denver, Colorado is seeking a Manager, Data Center Solutions Design (Architecture) to lead the development and delivery of technical solutions across the project portfolio. This role is central to the technical team, driving solution design and cross‑functional coordination from planning through implementation.

The ideal candidate has 5–9 years overseeing architectural design and construction, licensure (RA/PE) or active EIT, and proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT,

Qualifications

• Accredited architecture degree and professional licensure (RA/PE) or active EIT pursuing licensure.
• 5–9 years of hands-on architectural design and construction oversight.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, Navisworks, and Blue Beam Revu.
• Knowledge of A/MEP design, sustainability, QA/QC and design processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of A/S/MEP design with external consultants and ensure cross‑discipline design alignment.
• Document customer A/S/MEP requirements with Solutions Architect Team.
• Provide onsite leadership during construction to verify design intent.
• Drive collaboration to address site-specific challenges and improve constructability.
• Oversee construction documents from third-party design consultants.
• Identify and manage project risks with mitigation strategies.
• Lead development of engineering standards, documentation, and team processes.
• Provide technical data to Commercial team and program managers.
• Lead review of design submittals for Rowan standards and project requirements.
• Manage progress construction drawing reviews, providing feedback on design development.
• Develop site-specific building solutions addressing conditions and codes.
• Mentor and develop junior team members on technical standards and growth.
