Job summary

CoreWeave seeks a Data Center Design Manager to lead architectural, MEP, and LV/IT infrastructure designs for leased facilities. You will oversee consultants, coordinate with internal SMEs, and ensure alignment with project requirements, budgets, and schedules.

25% travel to data center sites will be required. You will partner with internal teams to maintain design standards, manage deviations, and support construction to ensure high-quality delivery of scalable, high-density infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (MEP preferred) and PE a plus.
• 7+ years in data center engineering or design with proven project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of cooling, power, LV/IT, and BMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple DC design projects from concept to detailed design.
• Coordinate with data center providers, consultants, and vendors.
• Ensure designs meet performance, efficiency, and scalability standards.
• Support construction phase and site visits to verify implementation.
