Zusammenfassung

Lambda is building a brand-new Demand & Supply Planning function in its San Francisco data center hardware domain. You will own the end-to-end planning process, translating deployment plans into supply and inventory strategies, and working with ODM/OEM partners to align capacity and lead times.

You will drive the S&OP cycle, surface risks and trade-offs to leadership, and help define processes and tools for scalable planning across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, or related hardware planning.
• Experience building demand forecasts and translating them into supply and inventory plans.
• Strong understanding of BOM structures and lead times.
• Experience working with ODMs, OEMs, or contract manufacturers.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate risk clearly.

Aufgaben

• Own the demand forecast for your assigned portfolio and translate data center deployment plans into a time-phased view.
• Build and maintain forecast models, assumptions, and scenarios; track forecast accuracy.
• Align with Go-to-Market, Project Management, Finance, and Data Center Engineering on changes.
• Convert demand into supply and build plans for finished systems and racks.
• Lead the S&OP cycle and provide decision-ready views of supply vs demand.
• Coordinate with Operations and Logistics on inbound execution and delivery timing.
• Define planning processes, cadence, and governance for the new team.
