Job summary

Lambda is seeking a Senior FP&A professional to join the DC / Infrastructure Finance team in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will partner with Data Center Development, Operations, and Program Operations to manage budgets, cash flow, and investment performance from development through deployment.

In this role you will build driver-based financial models, forecast costs, and support investment committees with robust analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years of FP&A, project finance, or infrastructure finance experience.
• Experience budgeting, capital forecasts, or operating cost models for data centers or similar industries.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills with driver-based models.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data center project budgets and forecasts.
• Translate milestones and payment schedules into cash forecasts.
• Own site operating cost forecasts and variance analysis.
• Analyze site economics and investment returns.
• Develop inputs for operating plans and long-range infrastructure planning.
• Prepare repeatable reports and dashboards for leadership.
