Job summary

T5 Data Centers is seeking a Senior Superintendent to provide on-site coordination for all phases of data center construction projects. You will manage subcontractors, materials, and equipment, ensuring work follows specs, stays on schedule and within budget.

The role requires strong scheduling, quality control, safety leadership, and effective communication with the project team. May oversee multiple sites, with a focus on maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years construction experience required.
• 1+ years data center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants and vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Perform quality control duties and ensure contracted scope is met.
• Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions and safety standards.
• Identify non-compliance and resolve scheduling conflicts with the project team.
• Maintain daily written log and supervise multiple sites if needed.
• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and ensure clean, organized sites.
• Identify and complete punch lists and ensure deficiencies are corrected.
