Job summary

T5 Data Centers is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead on-site coordination for multiple data center construction projects. You will manage subcontractors, materials and equipment, ensuring work follows specifications, stays on schedule, and within budget.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of construction experience, and preferred data center exposure. Proficiency in Excel and Project, with vendor and inspector coordination, is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, required.
• 5+ years Construction experience, required.
• 1+ years Data Center experience, preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Project).
• Yardi, Procor and Prolog experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with the contracted scope of work.
• Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.
• Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.
• Maintain daily written log of activities on the jobsite.
• May perform Field Superintendent duties at multiple job sites, simultaneously.
• Ensure subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by project team.
• Walk all units on project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning.
• Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings to coordinate the work.
• Issue notices of non-compliance to subcontractors regarding quality or scheduling.
• Keep job site clean and organized.
