Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Superintendent to coordinate field operations for data center projects in Ashburn, VA. You will collaborate with project management and HR to plan the technician workforce, ensure safety standards, and maintain quality and schedule adherence.

You will oversee manpower, manage timecards, and enforce the union contract while mentoring staff and driving project efficiency across multiple sites within driving distance of the office.

Qualifications

• OHSA 30 certification required.
• Must meet Motor Vehicle Record requirements.
• Must be properly badged to access jobsite.
• Familiarity with construction management software as needed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• AutoCAD is a plus for scheduling, spreadsheets, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction to technicians and oversee field operations.
• Oversee and schedule technician manpower across assigned geographies.
• Follow union contract regarding lay-offs and recalls.
• Maintain daily timecards reporting and safety program compliance.
• Lead on-site safety meetings and ensure site safety requirements are understood.
