Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center campuses in the greater Washington DC area and Richmond, VA. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage milestones, and ensure compliance with design standards across multiple projects.

The role requires at least 6 years of PM experience, a degree in construction management or civil engineering, and proficiency with Procore and common PM tools. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proficiency with Procore and standard PM tools; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers and supply chains.
• Analyze, track and manage critical milestone activities to avoid delays.
• Ensure governance, processes and systems are applied on projects.
• Produce formal project status reports and reviews.
• Forecast and update key project milestones across multiple sites.
• Provide cost control input and constructability guidance where needed.
