Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a highly skilled Data Center Design Manager to lead architectural, MEP and LV/IT infrastructure designs for leased data center facilities. You will oversee design execution across multiple projects, align with project requirements, and support construction phase implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (MEP preferred).
• 7+ years in data center engineering or design.
• Experience with large-scale, high-density data centers.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple data center projects from concept to detailed design.
• Serve as primary design contact with providers and contractors.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, LV/IT and BMS SMEs.
• Apply CoreWeave Design & Engineering Guidelines and cost/value engineering.
• Review OFCI submittals and support procurement.
• Prepare detailed project reports and manage budgets and schedules.
