Job summary

STACK Infrastructure seeks a Senior Project Manager to coordinate data center construction projects. You will work with the Construction Project Director and contractors to manage plans, budgets, schedules, and vendor relations onsite in Shreveport, LA.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams, ensure safety and quality, and drive issues to timely resolution. You will oversee design and entitlement phases, monitor progress, and present metrics to executives, while mentoring teammates and maintaining

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in Construction or related fields (e.g., PM Consulting, RE Development)
• Extensive experience in ground up, core & shell, sitework, utility and fitout construction
• Four-year degree in Construction Mgmt / Engineering / Architecture preferred but not required
• Proficiency with NetSuite, DocuSign, MS Project, PowerBI, Procore and related tools
• Strong MS Office proficiency, especially Excel
• Knowledge of Bluebeam and BIM platforms
• Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus
• Self-starter able to own and drive issues to timely resolutions
• mastery of AIA contracts, schedules, budgets, pay apps, and lien releases
• Deep understanding of scopes of work and trade sequencing
• Solid data center knowledge incl OFCI/CFCI equipment and procurement strategies
• Reliable, organized, detail-focused with excellent communication
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing project plans including budget and scheduling.
• Assist with RFPs to contractors and manage documentation from RFP to closeout.
• Manage project finances (progress billing, equipment rental, expenses) protecting STACK’s interests.
• Represent STACK in project meetings and liaise with managers across departments.
• Oversee site observations, QA/QC, and evaluate progress.
• Ensure STACK safety practices are followed in design and construction.
• Drive design, permit, and entitlement phases including reviews and value engineering.
• Review and vet construction schedules and update the Owner Schedule.
• Lead commissioning activities and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare budgets, reports, and business cases with data accuracy.
• Set up Initial Owner Budget using the approved Business Case Budget.
• Support GC Contract Administration and Change Orders negotiations.
• Maintain client relations and mentor STACK team members.
• Present project data and forecasts to Exec-level audience.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Sales Eng, EH&S, Finance, and Operations.
• Lead regular project meetings and compile data for reports.
