Job summary

STACK Infrastructure is seeking a Campus Program Manager to partner with the General Manager and construction leadership on a large multi-phase project. You will support daily operations, planning, and client-facing communications across the project lifecycle.

The role focuses on organizing complex schedules, driving on-time delivery, and maintaining transparent reporting. Strong MS Office, PowerPoint, and analytical acumen are essential in a fast-paced data center construction environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in Real Estate & Construction (Developer/Owner/GC/Design firm).
• PowerPoint and Excel expertise required.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campus leadership team schedule and priorities.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute client deliverables across the project lifecycle.
• Communicate with internal/external stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
• Prepare project status materials and executive presentations.
• Maintain project trackers, schedules, and documentation.
• Lead cross-functional mitigation for scope, schedule, or budget challenges.
• Review stakeholder changes for feasibility and cost impact.
