Job summary

STACK Infrastructure in Shreveport, LA seeks a Director of Construction to lead multi-million-dollar data center projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with general contractors and vendors, and drive budgets, schedules, and risk management while upholding STACK's standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management experience on large-scale data center projects.
• Delivery of ground-up/core-shell/utility/sitework projects; $500M+ preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage construction projects across the region, accountable for budget, schedule, quality, and safety.
• Act as primary contact with general contractors, owner-direct vendors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication.
• Review, track, and forecast budgets and schedules; identify risks and mitigations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop regional project management staff.
• Collaborate with Engineering, EH&S, Finance, and Operations to ensure delivery excellence.
• Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to maintain delivery commitments.
• Prepare and present reports and analyses for senior leadership and clients.
• Champion a culture of safety, quality, professionalism, and innovation.
