Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience required.
• Experience leading design teams and managing data center projects is preferred.
• Experience with procurement and vendor services management.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned capital construction projects.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and vendor coordination meetings.
• Ensure adherence to project quality requirements.

Skills

Knowledge of Entitlements and Zoning processes

Knowledge of Permitting and Inspections processes

Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills

Proficient in AutoCAD

Proficient in Microsoft Project

Experience in budget analysis & cost tracking

Education

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture
