Job summary

Worldwide Mission Critical LLC is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to serve as the Owner’s Representative for data center construction projects in Salt Lake City. The PM will manage design/engineering, procurement, and construction contractors, ensuring budget, schedule, and quality targets are met.

Responsibilities include contract administration, submittal reviews, progress reporting, payments, and coordination with operations and investors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering preferred.
• 10+ years relevant work experience in construction/project management.
• Experience with construction contract administration.
• Knowledge of related construction practices.
• Experience in the utility electricity generation field desirable.
• Prior experience in the mission critical environment desirable.
• Strong general computing skills, including MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Act as Owner’s representative for data center construction projects.
• Oversee design/engineering, procurement, and construction contractors.
• Monitor project budget tracking and schedules to avoid delays.
• Manage contract processes, including RFI’s and change orders.
• Review submittals, drawings, and invoices; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with operations, asset managers, and O&M provider.
• Lead meetings with Owner and project leadership; report progress.
• Assist in cash flow forecasting and payment processing.
• Support contract negotiations and vendor relations.
• Direct internal project team to deliver client-ready documents.
