MGAC’s Lima Office seeks an Owners Representative to manage critical environments projects on-site in Lima, OH. You will lead data center and hospital projects, resolving issues and guiding informed decisions to keep work on track.

The role requires extensive PM experience in telecommunications and MEP, with a strong client-facing focus and ability to mentor teams for successful delivery.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management with an understanding of the building design and construction process.
• Bachelors, Associates, or equivalent in a construction-related discipline.
• 2+ years managing critical environment construction projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• 4+ years focused on project management in telecommunications, low-voltage and fiber optics construction.
• MEP experience in ground-up construction necessary.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ambitious, construction and project management-focused, and seeking a modern and energetic business to grow your career.
