ENFRA is seeking a Data Center Senior Project Manager to oversee all aspects of large-scale data center construction on a dedicated project site. You will manage costs, field labor, and subcontractors, ensuring safe, on-time completion under budget.

• Extensive experience in large hyperscale data center construction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure work environment via site planning and tool box talks.
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
• Lead project meetings (Kick-Off, Hand-Off, etc.) and document outcomes.
• Negotiate vendor and subcontractor agreements aligned with estimates.
• Coordinate QA/QC with project team to meet requirements.
• Manage project scope through BIM and QA personnel.
• Set up financials for equipment, labor, and subcontracts.
• Monitor monthly cost reviews and keep leadership informed.
• Oversee payables and receivables to ensure cash flow.
• Coordinate lien waivers, tax docs, and permits.
• Close-out documents and warranty management.
• Coordinate start-up and commissioning with teams and customer.
• Maintain 50+ hour work weeks.
