Job summary

HeatherDaniel International seeks six Senior Construction Managers to oversee ground-up and expansion capital delivery for a flagship data center campus in Amarillo, Texas. Lead Owner's Representative efforts, manage GC execution, drive safety, and ensure schedule adherence across complex high-voltage and MEP scopes.

Relocation assistance and per diem are available; candidates must have 8+ years of CM experience on large projects and be willing to relocate to Amarillo for full-time on-site work.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction management on large capital projects ($100M+)
• Experience with hyperscale or enterprise data centers preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering; PMP/CCM a plus

Responsibilities

• Owns day-to-day site operations as Owner's Representative
• Monitors schedule using Primavera P6 baselines and TIAs
• Reviews change orders and contractor pricing to protect contingency
• Coordinates with SMEs, Cx leads, and safety for handover from shell to energization
• Delivers KPIs, cash flow updates, and schedule risk analyses to program directors
