Job summary

Decima International is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager (Civil, Structural, Architectural) to lead data center projects on-site in South Padre Island, TX or Amarillo, TX. You will manage multi-region programs, mentor staff, and coordinate with clients, engineers and contractors to meet aggressive schedules and budgets.

The role requires 10+ years of CM experience, a relevant degree, strong communication, and ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management experience in mission-critical environments or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction, civil/structural/architectural engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of CSA disciplines and pre-design/pre-construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects concurrently across regions to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare presentations and reports for management and client/stakeholders.
• Review plans, requirements and specifications; support contractor selection and contract awards.
