Job summary

STV is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our Construction Management Group in Mt. Pleasant, WI, supporting large-scale, mission-critical data center projects.

This leadership role oversees planning, execution, and turnover from preconstruction through commissioning. The Senior Construction Manager serves as the primary delivery contact, leads multi-disciplinary teams, and ensures safety, schedule, budget, and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of construction management experience on complex commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary construction teams and owner-representative roles.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budgets, quality, and risk across projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for planning, design coordination, construction, and delivery of complex projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, contractor performance, and risk throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead owner-architect-contractor meetings and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive success.
• Ensure safety, QA/QC, and site operations meet high standards and regulatory requirements.
