Seneca Resources is seeking a Data Center Senior Construction Manager in Abilene, TX to lead large-scale data center construction projects onsite from planning through commissioning. You will champion safety, schedule adherence, and stringent quality standards.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in fiber optics, structured cabling, and low voltage systems, with a proven track record managing dispersed field teams of 100+ technicians while ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and compliance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 8-10 years of supervisory experience in large-scale structured cabling or data center construction.
• Proven experience managing dispersed field teams of 100+ technicians.
• Data center new build or retrofit project experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working with union telecom crews and ensuring labor compliance.
• Certifications such as OSHA30 (or willingness to obtain within 6 months), BICSI Technician (TECH), or BICSI RCDD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale data center construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Ensure safety, schedule adherence, and compliance with industry standards.
• Oversee dispersed field teams of 100+ technicians on site.
• Coordinate with unions and manage labor compliance throughout projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, on-time outcomes.
