• Proven ability to lead large, dispersed field teams of 100+ technicians.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Experience with low-voltage, fiber, and structured cabling installations for data centers.
• Experience with commissioning, system validation, and interpreting construction drawings/schedules.
• Excellent communication and workforce planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety leadership with an accident-free culture and compliance.
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, logistics, and phasing.
• Direct daily field operations to meet milestones on budget and quality.
• Coordinate with management and procurement for timely material delivery.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to crews and promote safety and craftsmanship.
• Serve as onsite liaison in customer meetings and site walks.
