AECOM is seeking a Senior Data Center Construction Manager to work on-site in McGregor, TX. You will lead multi-project construction efforts, coordinate with clients, vendors, and inspectors, manage schedules, and ensure quality and budget adherence across all project phases.

Qualified candidates bring 8+ years in construction management, a related BA/BS, and strong leadership. Travel up to 90% may be required; relocation not offered; onboarding at an AECOM office will be required.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS with 8+ years of construction management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, urban planning, construction management or related field.
• Fifteen years in construction and leadership experience.

Aufgaben

• Manages all activities for assigned projects including pre-construction, design, construction phasing, closeout coordination, occupancy and warranty enforcement for multiple projects.
• Organizes construction activities with the client, vendors and stakeholders.
• Understands scheduling, milestones and basic construction means/methods; reviews reporting from project teams.
• Coordinates with General Contractor; ensures tests/inspections are scheduled and reports delivered to Owner/Architect.
• Reviews punch lists, ensures items are completed prior to substantial completion.
• Monitors progress, processes RFIs, submittals, and provides engineering support and coordination with inspectors.
